Our business evolved from a personal passion in investing in property and also supporting other Investors, to becoming an investment company.

Who Are We?

I’m Melissa Brown, and I am the Director of Seven Ventures Group. I run the business alongside my daughter (and eventually my son when he is old enough). We are also part of a much wider network of Property Experts and Investors. We trained with Jamie York’s, Aspire Property Education, as well as Vincent Wong’s, Wealth Dragons, and we are CPD accredited and fully compliant Deal Packagers.

We are based in Manchester and have experience in creative property deals, as well as standard Buy to Lets.
