Seven Ventures Group was founded to empower people to create wealth through property and land investment. What began as a personal passion has grown into a trusted, family-run business helping Investors across Greater Manchester and the North West achieve their financial goals.
From sourcing and negotiating discounted property deals to working on land development projects, our focus is always on delivering real value with honesty and transparency.
We believe property and land are two of the most secure and rewarding investment types , and we love to see our Investors succeed!

Who Are We?

I’m Melissa Brown, Director of Seven Ventures Group, running the business alongside my daughter, with my son set to join in the future. Together, we bring a family-driven approach to business, strengthened by a wider network of property experts, land specialists, planners, and investors.

I’m also supported by a small, dedicated team who are just as passionate as I am about helping our Investors achieve success. Their support ensures we can deliver a professional service while maintaining the personal touch that sets us apart.

Our background includes training with Jamie York’s Aspire Property Education and Vincent Wong’s Wealth Dragons, alongside CPD accreditation and full compliance as Deal Packagers.
To deepen our expertise, we also trained with Rosey Cassidy’s Build Up — a leading land development education provider which equipped us to structure profitable land-based projects for our Angel Investors.

Based in Manchester, we have hands-on experience in creative property deals, standard buy-to-lets, flips, and land development projects, offering our clients exclusive opportunities that combine strong returns with managed risk.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to help people achieve financial growth through smart property and land strategies.

We support Investors in two ways:
Hands-Free Investing – We source, negotiate, and manage property deals for you, including flips, buy-to-lets, and BRRR opportunities.
Angel Investment – If you prefer not to buy property directly, we offer opportunities to invest in our projects — including property refurbishments and land developments, for a fixed return over an agreed period of time.
